I will bet that you never saw this information about TWA Flight 800
before.

Just this past week we heard from the controlled dominant media that the
the downing of TWA Flight 800 was not deliberately caused.
Earlier this year we were fed a story about the tests that were run on a
747 aircraft trying to convince the people of the world that it was the
fault of the aircraft, in view of all that, please re-read the following
article that ran in the June 1997 issue of the Center For Action
Newsletter.
Then read the Executive Order that I copied from the official US
Government web site before the Executive Order mysteriously dissapeared.
Why would the draft dodger that occupies our White House issue such an
Executive Order in the first place? Is it because the upper brass in the
USG knew all along that it was a tragic accident,just as Col. Gritz
described it in his June article?
I believe that President Lincoln once said,"You can fool some of the
people all of the time,but you can't fool all of the people all of the
time."
Are the brave military personnel who were involved with the long Flight
800 debris recovery operation, still forbidden from speaking out about
what they might have learned during the operation?

TWA-800 IS A DESPICABLE COVER-UP
You may think that I assume a government "conspiracy" is part of every
disaster, but you would be wrong. There actually are things that "just
happen," but unless you have extensive service in key Pentagon staff
positions, maybe you should consider my logic - especially if you don't
have a friend in the CFR who makes his living as an insider ADA (Air
Defense Artillery) expert. Here is a compressed report on exactly what
happened on 17 July last year.
Consider that until TWA-800, the only Boeing 747s that came out of the
air in pieces were blown out: 1978 Air India (bomb), 1983 KAL-007 (Mig
Air-to-Air explosive Missile), 1985 Air India (bomb), 1988 Pan Am-103
(bomb), 1996 TWA-800 (US Ground-to-Air inert Missile).
Ever since an Iraqi plane hit the USS Stark with an Exocet Missile in the
Strait of Hormuz, killing 37 American Seamen, on 17 May 1987; and the USS
Vincennes shot down an Iranian Airbus-300 over the Persian Gulf killing
290 people in July 1988, the USG has sought to perfect a CEC (Cooperative
Engagement Capability). Saddam Hussein used the "ground clutter" created
by shoreline urban activity combined with military jamming to our defeat
radar and IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) systems. The Vincennes
thought the civilian airliner was a Mig Fighter.
During the October 1973 Yom Kippur War, more than half of Egyptian air
losses were attributed to "friendly" shoot downs when Arab AAA gunners
couldn't tell which planes were their own. How do ground, air, and sea
forces sort out friendly military from neutral civilian and hostile enemy
birds? The answer was thought to be the many-many billion-dollar "AEGIS"
radar integrated into an overall air, ground, sea CEC system - until July
17, 1996!
Before swallowing the NTSB-FBI-White House pab``lum pill - regardless of
how sweet it may taste- consider this: July 17, 1996, the U.S. Navy and
Army were conducting final acceptance tests of the AEGIS-CEC system in
the Long Island area! Earlier tests in the sterile environment off the
Hawaiian island of Kauai were carried out successfully. The system had to
pass a final more realistic and sophisticated test using an actual
built-up area (NYC), numerous target possibilities, and radar jamming. It
is a FACT that TWA-800 became an unfortunate part of that test. At the
same time TWA-800 took off and began to climb out over the Atlantic
toward Paris, a four-engine C-130 Hercules and Blackhawk HH-60G
helicopter, crewed by members of the 106th New York Air National Guard,
were in orbit over Long Island as "friendly" targets; the Coast Guard
cutter Atak screened south of Long Island's Gabreski Air Guard base, and
an Army missile unit launched a simulated cruise missile.
Eastward, over the horizon the AEGIS Missile Cruiser Normandy and a
flotilla of U.S. Navy missile ships, steaming in the waters of Military
Zone W-105, awaited the expected "boogie." W-105 had been especially
selected (and activated for live fire) because of its similarity to the
Persian Gulf. Commercial traffic around JFK International unwittingly
provided plenty of "neutral" blips. A Navy Orian P-3 aircraft loaded with
525 pounds of up-graded computer link at 20,000 feet was an airborne
member of the CEC team. The flying computer platform allowed integration
of all Anti-Aircraft Artillery acquisition radars. The three-year old Top
Secret test equipment was designed to discriminate between
friend-neutral-foe electronic signatures, isolate the hostile threat and
select the weapon best positioned for an assured kill to launch at the
target.
The simulated boogie was a Navy BQM-74E missile drone launched from
Shinnecock Bay, east of Riverhead, Long Island by an Army unit shortly
after the "all clear" at 8:30 p.m. The drone's preprogrammed trajectory,
once off-shore, cut a long left turn, 30-feet above the sea at 500 mph,
away from Long Island on a southeast heading. The "hostile" drone's
flight path quickly tracked over land en route to W-105 and the fleet
battle array. The Army unit was part of "Force 21," headquartered at Ft
Monmouth, NJ (Eatontown).
Deep inside the airborne electronic AEGIS-CEC brain images, were being
deciphered from among the land clutter, friendlies, neutrals, and the
hostile BQM-74E. Using the combined power of all participating Air Force,
Army and Navy radar detection units, the brainscan looked down, saw, and
identified the C-130 and Blackhawk, erased all reference to the neutrals,
and focused on the boogie rapidly approaching the task force just as the
Exocet had as it evaded detection and hit the Stark in 1987!
As anticipated, high-tech jamming masked all but one of CEC's many
electronic eyes. One had been enough in other tests. Through the
thickening fog of replicated hostile images, a shot solution was plotted
and relayed to the missile unit best positioned for the kill. The
software then automatically triggered the launch of a Navy Standard IV
Anti-missile missile. The missiles had been altered to work compatibly
with the CEC brain, and would be guided over the horizon where ship and
on-board missile radars couldn't see. The antimissile was programmed to
climb rapidly until a "mid-course" correction would be relayed to the
missile's on-board computer directing the dive to impact. Final course
adjustments would be made by the missile's "semi-active" radar device
after "lock-on" was achieved.
TWA-800 climbed towards 14,000 feet, about 12 miles off the south shore,
as the Standard IV's receiver began sweeping a secure radio frequency
seeking the course correction commands from AEGIS-CEC. Tragically, the
last radar able to see the boogie through the heavy jamming and target
replication suddenly and unexpectedly went blind- the coordinated link
between target tracker, guidance, and the 3,000 foot-per-second missile
was broken! Unable to receive guidance commands to keep it on an
intercept course with the target drone, the Standard IV reverted to its
own programming and began seeking a target! In a heartbeat, the internal
radar acquired the TWA 747 well above and to the west of the intended
target. The precision missile made a hard right turn and hurried straight
for the mass just in front of the Boeing's right wing - several feet
below the passenger cabin.
The missile warhead was inert (dummy) and there was no initial explosion,
in this first event of three, in the destruction of TWA-800. It slammed
through the fuselage, exiting the left side at the forward wing root. The
huge hole combined with explosive decompression caused passengers, seats,
food carts, and baggage to be sucked out and end up as a 4,700-foot trail
of debris on the ocean bottom. Weakened, theplane went into a dive and
eight seconds later there was a small explosion (probably the nearly
empty center fuel tank) that bowed the top and broke loose seat rows
21-23. The explosion ejected Row 15, seats 1-3 to the left and the R-2
Door to the right one-half mile, and caused the front of the aircraft to
breakaway and tumble (event two). Event three followed as the stump
rolled left until the left wing was full down. The fire from the center
tank then ignited the full right wing tanks and, at about 7,500-feet,
they exploded, consuming the rest of the plane body.
I said this would be an abbreviated account. There are 34 reliable
eye-witness accounts supporting the truth; rocket residue is clearly
present on seat backs; CNN coverage of the reconstructed aircraft shows
the clean entry and exit holes; FAA radar tapes verify the Antimissile;
USG documents verify the testing in that area; along with my own private
source of confirmation. Believe what you will - you now know the truth!
Did you really expect the government would admit it accidentally shot
down one of our own airliners over New York airspace? How many tourists
and passengers do you think would be lost if it were known that our
military routinely uses unknowing civilians as part of its test
equation?
What would such knowledge do to our image? Now can you understand why the
White House would cover-up such an unfortunate occurrence?

Magic Disappearing Executive Order (re: TWA Flight 800)

RECOVERY TEAM: THINK TWICE BEFORE SPEAKING OUT

The White House recently removed the all-too-revealing Executive Order
13039
from the White House web page. EO 13039 removes the Naval Special
Warfare
Development Group (which contains the Navy units that recovered the
debris of
TWA 800) from federal-labor protections that include protections for
whistle
blowers. The rights of the Navy crew were revoked to protect "national
security."
President Bill Clinton signed EO 13039 on the SAME DAY that the FBI
seized the
TWA 800 radar tapes from Richard Russell (03/11/97), which was just two
days
before PARIS MATCH was to run an article showing frames from the tape
displaying an unknown high-speed vehicle near TWA 800, which was flying
next
to active naval-exercise zones.
As soon as the government found out that Russell had the radar tapes,
they quickly
seized them and the President
signed an Executive Order that promises to punish Navy personnel who
dealt with
TWA 800 should they decide to blow the whistle on Navy wrongdoing. One
could
hardly imagine stronger indicators of intent to suppress the truth about
TWA 800...
directed from the very top.
Having a link to the White House web page where EO 13039 was hidden
apart
from the other EOs was a powerful means to demonstrate the naked
culpability of
the federal government in the downing of TWA 800. Well no more, EO 13039
has
just been removed from the White House website. The government's policy:
if the
truth looks bad, erase it.

Development Group has as a primary function intelligence,
counter-intelligence, investigative, or national security
work and that the provisions of Chapter 71 of title 5 of the
United States Code cannot be applied to this organization in
a manner consistent with national security requirements and
considerations, Executive Order 12171 of November 19, 1979,
as amended, is further amended by adding the following at the
end of section 1-205:
"(i) Naval Special Warfare Development Group."
