Proposed Split Up will allow OSPS Bankruptcy Sale & cheat AT&T Pensioners. With a separate Long Distance Company, they can drive it into bankruptcy and sell it off to a Bell Company, like SBC or Verizon, and that will leave all AT&T pensioners--unsecured creditors--high and dry.The recent drive to eliminate debt proves that unsecured debt is their largest expense. Pensions can be eliminated by a bankruptcy sale.
The TWA - American Airlines buy out from a bankruptcy sale just did the same thing to TWA Pensioners.
